Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its materials and its measurements. Colours vary between screens. Dimensions and weights are supplier figures and may carry small manufacturing tolerances. Where a load rating or capacity is a manufacturer rating rather than something we have measured ourselves, we say so on the product page. Prices include delivery to United States addresses and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Each product page shows the expected delivery window for that item, because some items ship from within the United States and others ship from overseas.
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use. The FELVO name, wordmark and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for how a product is used once delivered. Products sold here are pet accessories and furniture. They are not veterinary or medical devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your animal is unwell, please speak to a vet.
Several items are flat-packed and require assembly. Please follow the instructions supplied, use the fixings provided, and check that an item is stable before letting an animal use it. Supervise your animal the first few times they use any new piece of furniture or equipment.
